  2. The Creators of this website do not claim ownership of Copyright on any of the Artworks presented on these web pages; Copyright resides with the respective Artist.
  3. The Creators of this website have made all reasonable efforts to contact relevant parties regarding use of artwork images; nevertheless, this has not always been possible. Any interested party is invited to contact the website Creators. Interested parties are encouraged to register with the Aboriginal Artists Agency Limited in order to protect the Intellectual Property Rights of the respective artists.
  4. Where relevant and known, the source of content on this website is acknowledged. In some cases (e.g. Video Gallery), the Copyright owner of a film or audio clip can be identified by clicking through to YouTube.
  5. David Clark and John Stanton claim Copyright on the website content they have created.
  6. The website has been developed as a Storytelling, Education and Healing resource for individuals, families and communities. We aim to reach a wide audience and therefore encourage visitors to tell as many people as possible about our initiative and our content. Feel free to share our content, but please acknowledge its source.

You also confirm that you have the right to give David Clark and John Stanton permission to use the contribution in the way specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
